Often times, when an executive ends up not being the right long-term match for a company, it has less to do with their ability to perform and more to do with their work ethic and values not being a match with that of the organization. When focusing specifically on executive level positions, it is imperative to look beyond the standard screening criteria and deep dive into the personality, working style, communication capabilities, and leadership skills of a candidate to ensure they are the right long-term fit.
